A coding interview runs 50 minutes and covers two DSA problems in a live editor with hidden test suites. A system design interview runs 45 minutes and covers one open-ended design problem on a shared whiteboard. Both are scored on the same 12-dimension scorecard.

Yes. Every session needs a signed-in account because your interview, recording and scorecard are saved to your profile. Sign in with Google and the session starts immediately, with no card required.

One credit per interview, deducted when you press Start Interview. If you have no credits left you will be shown the pricing plans instead of starting a session, so you are never surprised mid-interview.

You choose the track, target company, level and language, and InterviewSkool picks the problems from that pool. You can expand "What you'll be asked" before you spend a credit to see the exact two problems, and shuffle for a different pair.
